The Inaugural Meeting of the Department of Statistics and Data Science (SDS) and the Symposium of Data Science

The Inaugural Meeting of the Department of Statistics and Data Science (SDS) and the Symposium of Data Science will be held on August 21st, 2019 at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), Shenzhen. 

The meeting aims to provide a platform for local and overseas statistical scholars to have an in-depth communication and discussion on the development of statistical disciplines. During the meeting, the experts and scholars will work together to promote the further development of statistics and data science as a key discipline in SUSTech.

The registration time of the meeting is 20th August 2019. The inaugural meeting of the Department of SDS will be held on the morning of the 21st August. The Keynote Speeches and the Symposium of Data Science are in the afternoon of the same day.
