报告简介 Abstract
In this talk, we will go through the vision tasks and recent advances for the autonomous driving system and AutoML in our company. First, I will introduce the vision recognition tasks in the autonomous driving system for example detection and free space segmentation. Then, some challenges are proposed in the autonomous driving system. Finally, I will go through some recent research progress for the AutoML system targeted for the autonomous driving system.
嘉宾简介 About the Speaker
XU Hang(徐航), Researcher in AI theory team, Noah’s Ark Lab, Huawei Technologies HK. Statistics of BSc in Fudan, Ph.D in HKU. Published several first author papers in top computer science conferences: NIPS, CVPR, ICCV, AAAI and some statistics journals(CSDA,S&C). Current Research Interest: Computer Vision, Object Detection, AutoML, Nonparametric Statistics, Ranking Analysis.
The Noah’s Ark Lab is the AI research center for Huawei Technologies, located in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Xi’an, London, Paris, Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton, etc. The mission of the lab is to make significant contributions to both the company and society by innovating in artificial intelligence, data mining and related fields. Mainly driven by long term and big impact projects, research in the lab also tries to advance the state of the art in the fields as well as to harness the products and services of the company, at each stage of the innovation process.
